The Search module in Nuvia provides access to a vast global database of companies and professionals, helping sales teams identify decision-makers, segment audiences, and build qualified prospect lists in just a few clicks.
With advanced filters and constantly updated data, Search enables you to find the right leads and seamlessly send them to the Records module, where they can be enriched and activated in campaigns.
Introduction
Search is the starting point of every prospecting strategy in Nuvia. The tool combines an international business database with AI-powered filtering, allowing users to efficiently search for people and companies.
You can personalize your searches based on your ideal customer profile (ICP) by applying filters such as job title, industry, location, company size, and revenue.
Each result displays key information about both the prospect and their company, making it easy to analyze, save, and enrich contacts.
Once you’ve identified your prospects, you can save them as Records, according to your plan limits:
Starter: up to 1,000 leads per month
Growth: up to 3,000 leads per month
Scale: up to 5,000 leads per month
Saved records can then be enriched through data providers or AI Boost, increasing accuracy and contextual intelligence.

You can combine multiple filters to refine your search results and build highly targeted prospect lists.
💡 Tip: The more filters you apply, the narrower and more accurate your search results will be.

Search results appear in a table format, displaying key information about both the prospect and the company.

Each row represents an individual lead, allowing you to view details, select multiple results, and save them directly to Records.
Saving leads
Once you’ve found the right prospects, you can easily save them to your Nuvia account:
Click Save to Records to add the selected leads to your database.
The number of leads you can save depends on your active plan.
All saved contacts are available within the Records module, where they can be automatically enriched and integrated into campaigns.
Example: Filter Marketing Directors at Software Companies in specific regions, save the results to Records, and then apply AI Boost to generate personalized insights before launching a campaign.
