Overview
Records are the core data layer of Nuvia.
Each record represents an individual entity (such as a person, company, or deal) and serves as the foundation of the System of Actions (SoA), where structured data becomes actionable insights, automations, and engagement powered by AI.
Records can be created from Search results, data imports, or automated enrichments, enabling users to organize, update, and act directly on each contact or account.

How it works
Main screen
The main screen displays an interactive table showing all saved records for People or Companies.
Each row contains fields such as Name, Job Title, Company, Description, LinkedIn, Point of Contact, Email, and more.
The table allows users to:
Filter records by attributes or status.
Organize custom views by team or workspace.
Select multiple records for bulk edits, exports, or collective actions.

Open Record (Drawer View)
Clicking a record opens a side panel (drawer view) that provides a quick, detailed view of the selected contact or company.
This section includes:
Key record details, such as attributes, status, and source.
Tabs for comments, activity history, and recent interactions.
Quick actions for editing fields, adding notes, assigning owners, or triggering AI-driven automations.
Example: An SDR can open a “Decision Maker” record, review enriched data, generate a contextual insight with AI Boost, and send it directly to a campaign sequence.
