Updated over 3 weeks ago

Overview

This guide presents the essential steps to get the most out of Nuvia: searching for leads using intelligent filters, saving results into lists, nurturing records with AI and data enrichment, and launching personalized campaigns.

The flow is based on the platform’s core modules: Search, Lists, Records (AI Boost), and Campaigns.

Introduction

This is a practical guide for commercial teams to get started on the platform, covering every stage of the prospecting process, from discovery to activation.

  • Search helps uncover opportunities and intent signals through company and people filters.

  • Lists organizes reusable and scalable audiences composed of records (companies and people) that can be automatically nurtured through AI and data enrichment providers.

  • Campaigns orchestrates audience outreach, with LinkedIn as the primary active channel.

First steps

1. Search for leads using intelligent filters

Use the Search module to find companies and decision-makers by combining precise filters and intent signals.

You can enrich results with data such as email, phone, role, company size, and technologies. The goal is to reduce manual prospecting time, improve data accuracy, and create highly segmented lists.

Quick tips

  • Combine filters like Company size, Industry, and Location for companies, and Job title, Seniority, and Department for people.

2. Save results into Lists

Once you have segmented results, group contacts or companies into lists. Lists lets you create lists of records of type People or Company, ideal for organization, prioritization, and campaign activation.

You can create lists anytime and populate them via AI Boost, Data Enrichment, CSV import, or CRM integration.

Quick tips

  • Maintain thematic lists such as “ICP Fintech” or “Global CTOs” for future reuse in campaigns.

  • Rename, duplicate, and filter lists as your pipeline evolves.

3. Prepare your base in Records and use AI to accelerate

Records is where your team views, organizes, and acts on every person or company. The table view allows filtering, selecting, and bulk editing. When opening a record, you’ll find essential details, activities, notes, and quick actions.

In the detailed view, you can access AI-enriched and updated data, interaction history, attachments, and CRM or channel integrations.

Quick tips

  • Use enriched fields and intent signals to prioritize the most promising contacts.

4. Launch a campaign in Campaigns

Once your audience is ready, create a campaign to begin outreach. Currently, LinkedIn is the available channel, with more to come. Before launching, define your audience, goals, messages, and sequence.

A campaign is activated only when you click Launch.

To ensure proper functioning, make sure each record includes a valid LinkedIn URL.

Quick tips

  • Select the list prepared in step 2 as your campaign audience.

  • Review message content and cadence using AI suggestions to ensure consistency and performance.
